What does this mean for our embodiment?
Most of us are never taught that our bodies are capable of exquisite bliss. We are taught that our worth, value, affirmation, and bliss are dependent on our partner or on the outside circumstances being perfect for our fulfillment.
What if you could learn how to source an unending supply of bliss and fulfillment from within?
What if you were able to unlock and tap into the infinite wisdom of your body?
What if you could access your deepest desires and manifest them into reality?
Through my many years of study and practice, one of the greatest breakthroughs has been recognizing the deep well of my own Sovereignty.
I will be sharing all my best tools to develop this for yourself and build a lifelong relationship with yourself and your body.
This will be a somatic experience addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your self. Self-healing trauma release techniques will be taught to help you go from wounding to full womanhood.
Our bodies are an instrument. The more we practice our scales and learn how music moves through us, the better music we can make with others and life itself.

Classes are held on consecutive Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm Eastern Time. All Classes are recorded and available for replay.
