Our Journey Philosophy
Because we all have different needs within journey space, Lauren and Russell mindfully prepare the physical spaces so that there is plenty of room for those who want to spend some quiet inward time, as well as plenty of space to talk, connect with others. Each journey is an invitation to connect with your most authentic truth in relationship with this powerful teacher.
This container is very intentional and focused on being in an unconditional love and acceptance of all things as is. With such a deep focus on intentionality, our medicine space is created to invite deeper clarity, focus, and purpose with each journey.
Our journey always begins weeks before the actual date of the ceremony. We first, set a field of support for each of the participants, having an intention-setting call, sending preparation instructions, providing integration activities when you stay for both nights, and inviting you to a closed integration text group with our larger journey community.
Our journey space is finally about the support you receive in connecting to your higher wisdom and moving from your most authentic place.
We offer our journeys quarterly in Manhattan, and Upstate New York.
In our Journey in Love and Life, Lauren and Russell cofacilitate the space and offer Sacred Plant medicines while we navigate our relationship with sovereignty and togetherness within a community dynamic.
In addition to our traditional journey, Lauren has completed 6 years of facilitator training a heart supplement and is offering group and one-on-one Sacred Heart Journeys.

Lauren Harkness is a trained Tantrika and Advanced Certified Tantra Educator with Charles Muir’s Source School of Tantra, OM Meditation Instructor, trained in the D/s arts and shamanism with Om Rupani, Graduate of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts, Mastery Graduate, Jewelry Designer, Seductress, and a stand for everyone ready to heal and further ignite their sexual self, sovereign and free! She teaches Tantra and other modalities of healing and personal growth. She also offers private Tantra Sessions, Orgasmic Meditation Training, Coaching Sessions, or Reiki Healing Attunements. She teaches large group classes internationally and has taught at Burning Man, FYN, Dark Odyssey, and is the Co-Founder of The Tantra Institute.
Russell is an explorer and an eternal student of the many languages of knowledge. He is a teacher, transformational practitioner, and shamanic healer with a background in 14 modalities of massage, along with Tantra, reiki, mindful meditation, shamanism, and energy medicine.
Russell has held workshops at the Toronto Tantra Festival, Radiant Ecstasy Festival, Sol Y Luna, and Burning Man.
Through tools, practices, and creating group and individual experiences designed to explore the many dimensions contained within your body, mind, soul, and energy, Russell is incredibly passionate about helping you connect more deeply to your Self, your body, and the innate power/guidance/intelligence within YOU.
