What does it take to have a conscious relationship in this day and age? This is one of the questions that we'll be exploring and practicing in our upcoming weekend union.

This is a couple's class dedicated to exploring sovereignty within each individual as well as the togetherness of our unions. How can we take intentional ritual and conscious tantric practices to deepen our relationships, explore pleasure and intimacy and have more fun?

In this class we'll be exploring how to create containers around your emotional process, the processes that naturally come up in a deep sacred union, conflict resolution skills, and intimacy practices to deepen your relationship.

Join us upstate at our retreat center, The Sanctuary of the Sacred Dream, to relax in nature, to explore tantric union with your partner and to go deeper in love.

During our weekend together we will be in practice, exploring sacred union, intimacy practices, and conflict resolution in community. We will also be focusing on the relational field and improving relationships, addressing obstacles, learning resolution methods, and ways to move forward.

The Sanctuary of the Sacred Dream is a beautifully cultivated Property on 10-acres in the Hudson Valley.

This 10-acre property consists of the Main house, an independent two-bedroom Guest House above an oversized Studio space, a Converted Insulated Outbuilding that sleeps 4, and a huge Ceremonial Tipi.

Lauren is a trained Tantrika and Advanced Certified Tantra Educator with Charles Muir's Source School of Tantra and studied Lafayette Morehouse practices. She is trained in the D/s arts and shamanism with Om Rupani, a Mastery Graduate of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts. A jewelry designer and seductress, Lauren is a stand for everyone ready to heal and further ignite their sexual self, sovereign and free!

She teaches Tantra and other modalities of healing and personal growth.

Lauren teaches large group classes internationally and has taught at events such as Burning Man, FYN, Dark Odyssey, and is the Co-Founder of The Tantra Institute of NY.

Russell is an explorer and an eternal student of the many languages of knowledge. He is a teacher, transformational practitioner, and shamanic healer with a background in 14 modalities of massage, along with Tantra, reiki, mindful meditation, shamanism, and energy medicine.

Russell has held workshops at the Toronto Tantra Festival, Radiant Ecstasy Festival, Sol Y Luna, and Burning Man.

Through tools, practices, and creating group and individual experiences designed to explore the many dimensions contained within your body, mind, soul, and energy, Russell is incredibly passionate about helping you connect more deeply to your Self, your body, and the innate power/guidance/intelligence within YOU

WHAT TO BRING

A refillable water bottle with a lid, a journal, any sacred objects youʻd like to place on the altar, and any personal health care items.

A PERSONAL NEST

Please bring your own nest consisting of a yoga mat, a blanket, and several pillows.

WHAT TO WEAR

Comfy yoga or casual clothes for moving and sitting. Warm clothes and layers as it can get chilly at night. Slippers. You are encouraged to bring any outfits or items that you feel beautiful in.

REFUND POLICY

If your plans or interest have changed BEFORE the program has begun, you may submit a request to transfer your registration to a future program or service with Lauren Harkness or Russell Pappas.
No refunds will be offered.
